Highest-Paying Accountant Employers for H-1B

Ranked by median offered wage among employer/city combinations with at least 40 certified Accountant filings. High medians often reflect senior-weighted filing mixes, not a uniformly higher rate for the same level, each page below breaks out the job-title ladder.

How to Read This Comparison

Every figure is the offered base wage on a certified Labor Condition Application, the number the employer commits to legally. It excludes equity and bonus, so at companies where stock is a large share of pay the real package runs higher than the wage shown. That also means a lower median here is not always a worse offer.

Comparing two companies on median alone can mislead for a second reason: a median reflects the mix of seniority levels an employer happened to file. A firm filing mostly senior roles will out-median one filing mostly mid-level roles at identical pay bands. Each company page below shows the actual job titles filed and what each pays, which is the comparison that holds up.

H1B Visa Jobs Research Team

Counted from US Department of Labor LCA disclosure files (FY2021–2026): certified petitions with annual wages between $30K and $1M whose stated job title matches Accountant, grouped by employer and worksite city, and limited to combinations with at least 40 filings. Filing totals on this page are sums of those groups. No overall median is shown, because averaging per-group medians does not produce one, the range and the named extremes above are computed from the groups themselves. A certified LCA is a step toward an H-1B petition, not an approved visa.
