What this site is

H1BVisaJobs.com is a job board and information resource for H1B visa holders and candidates. We publish employer sponsorship data sourced from public Department of Labor LCA filings, job listings, an attorney directory, and editorial guides. We are not a law firm, a staffing agency, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of Labor, or any other government body.

Accounts

Some features, like saving job applications or accessing paid dashboard tools, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.

Paid products and subscriptions

Paid products (dashboard access, sponsor database access, job alerts, attorney and employer advertising, data downloads) are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to:

• •Pay the price shown at checkout for the plan you select.
• •Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your Stripe customer portal.
• •One-time purchases (data exports, toolkits, the lifetime deal) are billed once and do not recur.

Data accuracy

Employer sponsorship, salary, and approval-rate figures are derived from public DOL LCA and USCIS disclosure data and are updated on the cadence documented on the relevant pages. Job listings are pulled from employer sources, including the Greenhouse job board API, and can change or be removed by the employer at any time. We do our best to keep this data current and accurate, but we do not guarantee that any specific listing, salary figure, or sponsorship status is current at the moment you view it. Always verify directly with the employer before relying on sponsorship information for a job decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Scrape, bulk-download, or republish our data or content outside of what a licensed data product explicitly permits.
• •Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or access controls.
• •Use the site to post fraudulent job listings or attorney/employer profiles.
• •Interfere with the normal operation of the site or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.

Third-party links

We link to external sites, including employer career pages, government sources (DOL, USCIS), and partner sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site we link to.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Flow LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including decisions made based on job listings, sponsorship data, or salary figures shown here.

Changes to these terms
