<p><strong>Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner</strong></p>
<p>Seeking a strategic thinker with 6+ years of experience in strategic or commercial finance, ideally within a high-growth fintech or technology environment.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The ideal candidate must possess exceptional analytical capability to translate complex data into actionable insights, while maintaining the strong commercial instinct needed to partner effectively with senior leadership.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This role requires a unique balance of financial rigor and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset to drive and scale commercial strategy in a dynamic landscape.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build strong collaborative relationships with commercial leadership in the North America business to define and drive commercial and financial strategy, aligned with Adyen’s long-term growth drivers;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead complex, full-funnel commercial performance analysis to assess growth drivers, strategic initiatives, go-to-market decisions, translating data into executive-level insights;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide critical challenge and thought partnership on high-impact commercial decisions, ensuring robust and balanced trade-off evaluation;</li>
<li>Lead North America’s Commercial planning and goal setting by partnering with regional leaders to define, track, and review commercial goals across the funnel following the global methodology.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in strategic finance, commercial finance, commercial insights, strategy consulting role or similar, ideally in high-growth, global technology or fintech environment</li>
<li>A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to seamlessly balance long-term strategic vision with effective short-term execution in a complex, dynamic and evolving business landscape</li>
<li>Proven ability to operate as a senior business partner to commercial leadership, with strong commercial instinct and financial judgment</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical capability, with a track record of simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior, cross-functional, and multicultural teams</li>
<li>Hands-on, self-starting, collaborative and entrepreneurial, excited to build, shape, and scale</li>
<li>Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI</li>
</ul>
