Who We Are
Global Treasury and Merchant Operations (GTMO) provides end-to-end operational support for large corporate, commercial, business banking and small business clients through Global Treasury Fulfillment, Service, Operations & Enterprise Merchant teams.  We operate across multiple time zones, currencies, and channels, and are relentlessly focused on delivering operational excellence for our clients and shareholders.
As a Process Design Consultant II, you will play a fundamental and influential role in shaping how GTMO works—assessing, designing, improving, and optimizing processes that deliver breakthrough gains in cost, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:
•    Lead process owners and subject matter experts through the analysis of current-state processes and pain points, defining potential solutions and building comprehensive business cases for improvement recommendations.
•    Design, manage, and implement strategic change and major initiatives that align to the GTMO roadmap and enterprise change standards.
•    Drive end-to-end integration of workstreams to deliver intended solutions, including requirements gathering, data mapping, execution, integration, and implementation.
•    Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic updates that communicate initiative progress, key risks, recommendations, and business outcomes to senior leadership and governance forums.
•    Partner across Operations, Product, Technology, and Risk to coordinate and solve urgent business challenges.
•    Lead risk management, mitigation planning, change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
•    Translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work, and deliver against competing deadlines.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.
• Solid acumen across the BAC enterprise, particularly as it pertains to change policies and standards.
• Strong presence and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate at an executive level.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong aptitude for problem solving.
• Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business questions.
• Experience navigating within and across complex business environments.
• Expert interpersonal skills to build and maintain business partnerships.
• Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Effective communication and listening skills: verbal, non-verbal, written, facilitation, and content delivery.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically.

Desired Skills

• Advanced degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a similar field of study.
• 3+ years of process design experience.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Agile project management experience.
• Business Process Management technology experience.
