About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Manager to join our Commercial Banking Operations team within Global Operations. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for critical collateral risk management activities that help protect the bank, support commercial clients, and drive operational excellence. As a leader in this role, you will oversee insurance monitoring and risk review operations, ensuring collateral records remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory and policy requirements. Your team will identify and resolve complex coverage issues while partnering across the organization to support sound lending practices and effective risk management. This position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, complex collateral structures, and key business partners across Wells Fargo. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, improve processes, and lead initiatives that enhance operational performance and client outcomes. We are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented leader who is passionate about developing talent, solving complex business challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
