We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product and Brand Communications to play a pivotal leadership role in building a fresh take on an iconic brand. This highly visible and cross-functional position will drive the company’s product narrative, giving riders and drivers compelling reasons to choose Lyft.
As a vocal cross-functional partner with significant influence, you'll collaborate across departments to shape our brand story and product narratives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can craft compelling narratives for multiple audiences including riders, drivers, regulators, and the broader business community.
The successful candidate will be a resourceful self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability as our company and industry evolve. You'll own the process for building and launching brand and product moments through multi-channel, earned media programs including narrative development, product demos, event planning, editorial extensions, and influencer engagement.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in San Francisco is $200-240K. In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for competitive equity awards, bonuses, and benefits. You can read more about Lyft’s employee benefits here.
