The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Senior Financial Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Acting as a key business partner for Global Vent Sales, Service, R&D, and Commercial Operations organizations.
- Analyzing sales, margins, expenses, and reporting on key financial performance measures to senior management.
- Providing high level variance analysis of business trends and results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and management meetings.
- Leading quarterly forecast updates, annual operating plan, and strategic planning processes.
- Assisting with the financial close.
- Supporting data load into financial systems and pulling data for analysis.
- Continuously improving the current processes for budgeting, management reporting and forecasting to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and level of support for the business
- Prepare presentations of forecasts and budgets to senior management and the Board of Directors
- Support business partners with capex submissions and monitor utilization of budget within capex requests.
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and Corporate accounting teams as needed for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.
- 5 years of FP&A experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate financial results clearly and concisely to non-finance partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including being a team player while also having the ability to partner with and influence others.
- Advanced system skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High proficiency in Excel.
Travel: May include up to 10%.

That is why Vyaire offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes various options to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Base salary range for the Sr. Financial Analyst -Commercial FP&A position is $75,200 – $129,700. Additional benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, paid leaves, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and potential for tuition reimbursement.
