Job Title: Family Medicine Physician/ Family Medicine Resident

Kenhorst, Pennsylvania

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team providing exceptional care in the ambulatory setting. The practice currently consists of 2 physicians and utilizes the EPIC EMR system.
Highlights:

Ability to see patients of all ages
Supportive practice administrator
Weekend call 1:7
Flexible schedule available (no office hours on weekends)
Strong community presence

Qualifications:

Candidates must be BE/BC in Family Medicine
Candidates coming out of training are encouraged to apply-RESIDENCY
A valid PA Medical License or the ability to obtain one is required
US Citizens/Green Card Holders/H1B Visa

Additional Guidelines:

Mon-Fri Day Shift

We have a total of 6 openings in the area.

Please note that tuition reimbursement is available for new gradsFor those who do not need tuition reimbursement, there is a $25k retention bonus at the end of every year for three years…. $75k for three years
There is also a 20% bonus annual – 80% based on productivity and 20% quality
Will see 16 – 20 patients a day
A 4 day work week is available upon request
