You’re able to nurture and grow client relationships successfully, with a strong record of client retention. You are analytical and a strong communicator, with great organizational + time management skills.
What You’ll Do:
The Client Relationship Manager will report to the Vice President of Business Development and will have a number of important responsibilities, including:

Building rapport and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
Partnering with clients on shipping methods and custom packaging solutions
Understanding the client’s goals and holding frequent calls to stay abreast of growth plans and projections
Working closely with operations and customer service to resolve client issues quickly and successfully.
Inform clients of new products and offerings available
Assisting in client contract renewals and revisions.
Attending networking events and conferences
Working on-site 5 days a week (in North Brunswick, NJ)

What You Bring:

3-5 + years’ experience as a relationship manager
The ability to travel. Most of our clients are located in NYC, however some clients are located around the country and we encourage in-person visits with them (about 25% of the time.)
Experience with contract negotiation
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Possess a customer-oriented mindset.
Project management skills are a plus
Familiar with creating and working with charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new skillsets.
