*Job Summary:*

We are expanding our team and seeking a *Sales Development Manager* who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to help us grow our client base and drive revenue.

*Key Responsibilities:*

● Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.

● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.

● Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to management.

● Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and commission potential.

*Qualifications:*

● *Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English* (spoken and written).

● Proven experience in *business development, sales, or account management for 1 year*

● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
