Neurophysiology Tech – ( 87051 )
Po sit i on H i gh li ghts:
- Position: Neurophysiology Tech
- Location: Skokie Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-time
- Hours: Hours will rotate Monday-Friday between 6:30am-4:30pm
- On-Call: Every 4-6 weeks, Monday-Friday 4:30pm-8:00am and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
- Travel: Travel to all four hospitals (Skokie, Highland Park, Glenbrook, Evanston, Lincolnshire, and Wilmette) is required
What you will do :
- Perform routine Electroencephalograms (EEG’s)
- Perform response tests
- Perform EMG/NCV tests
- Perform Autonomic Testing
- Intraoperative monitoring
What you will need :
- Education: High School Diploma required. Graduate from Neurophysiology Program and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Skills: Knowledge of EEG’s
- Experience: One year experience as a neurophysiology technologist required. Three years of experience preferred.
