Job Summary: This position leads a team of 20 Engineers working to develop and productionize engine systems for use on LPSD Engines. Job responsibilities include working closely with LPSD to understand technical requirements and program needs as well as coordinating work efforts between direct reports and supporting organizations within CAT Electronics. NPI Programs are centered on Engine and aftertreatment systems. Development work heavily focused on both electronic hardware and software products. Process partners are located in Mossville, IL, Lafayette, IN, as well as India and Germany. What You Will Do: • Managing the engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on organizational goals achievement, professional development and continuous improvement. Education Requirement: • Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or Computer Science curriculum.
