Hospital Operator, Glenbrook Hospital
Position Highlights:
  • Position: Hospital Operator, Glenbrook Hospital
  • Location: Glenview, IL
  • Full-Time: 32 Hours
  • Hours: 1pm-9:30pm weekdays, weekends 4:30pm-1am
  • Required Travel: N/A
What you will do:
  • Professionally answer and process incoming telephone calls timely and accurately
  • Respond and accurately process emergency notification requests including overhead announcements, pager notifications and escalation
  • Documentation of daily activities in shift reports
What you will need:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Six months’ experience as a telephone operator on a multi-function switchboard is preferred
  • Unique or Preferred Skills: Experience in a hospital or health care related setting preferred
