Extrusion Operator3M is seeking Extrusion Operator candidates in Hebron, Kentucky.

Assisting in the implementation of new equipment as we grow as a plant/company.
Implementing key initiatives designed to give our customers their best experiences.
Developing others as you mature to a trainer and leader.
Supporting engineering problem solving projects
Creating best practices and selling others on those practices through our employee suggestion program
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Lean Training
Kaizen experience
Previous PIV/forklift experience
Grinding or extruding experience in a manufacturing setting
Twin screw experiences are a huge plus.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.63 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
