Job Summary/Basic Functions
The office of Development and Alumni Engagement is responsible for leading the University’s alumni and fundraising efforts and promoting a culture of philanthropy throughout the University community, including alumni, students, friends, parents, faculty, staff, corporations and foundations.
The Eastern Kentucky University, Office of Development and Alumni Engagement is seeking a Constituent Records Coordinator. This position will analyze and maintain data integrity through complete data entry and management into the Banner database. The success of our office depends on the accuracy of the contact and participation records of alumni and friends of the University. This position performs research and completes data entry projects.
Job Duties:
- 85% – Participate in constituent record research and complete data entry and data integrity checks regarding biographical update requests. – (Essential)
- 10% – Collaborates with staff members looking to streamline and improve the gathering and storage of data and recommends enhanced and/or new processes and procedures. – (Essential)
- 5% – Performs other work related-related duties as assigned – (Essential)
