Job Description

Sales Assistant
Our growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the Sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that orders processing are completed.
Duties:
– Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations(no cold calls)- Maintain customer records and update the system- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information- Take Phone/email orders. Input, update, and maintain sales orders in Netsuite system.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery- Maintain account receivable and collect payments
Skills:
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal- Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Bilingual Mandarin is a plus
