Job Description

We are looking for an ASSOCIATE IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY to join our firm in a full-time position (9am to 6pm) in our offices in ISELIN, New Jersey (Woodbridge). After a period of 30 days, the Associate Attorney will qualify for 2 days per week work from home (attorney will still be required to attend interviews if scheduled regardless of schedule).

If you do NOT have immigration experience as outlined below, do NOT apply as you will not be considered for the position. The position requires the following qualifications (which also reflect the expected duties in part):

  • 3+ years of experience in preparing and filing H1B, TN, E3 O, P, J, L1A/B, E2 an other employment-based applications/petitions;
  • 3+ years of experience in preparing and filing PERM, EB2/3, EB1, EB2 NIW, and EB5 immigrant filings
  • Strong communication skills (able to draft documents, emails, etc. without grammatical errors);
  • Experience in communicating with USCIS, DOS, and DOL regarding immigration matters;
  • Familiarity and experience in dealing with notifications, RFE’s, NOID’s and Appeals with the AAO and BIA in the Employment Immigration Context

The following are additional qualifications that will add to the consideration of candidacy for the applicant; however, it will not replace the above requirements:

  • Experience using Docketwise, INSZoom, or other case management software

Salary/Benefits:

-Salary Commensurate with Experience ($70,000-$80,000/annually); Annual Bonus Based on performance; Annual Consideration for Raise; Medical/Dental/Vision Health Insurance; 10 days Paid Vacation; 7 days Sick Time; 3 days PTO
