As a non-IT recruiter, my main responsibility is to seek out and attract top talent for a wide range of job openings in various industries. In my role, I create and post job listings on various job boards and social media platforms, as well as review resumes and screen applicants to determine if they are a good fit for the position. One of the most important aspects of my job is conducting interviews with potential candidates over the phone. During these interviews, I ask questions to better understand their qualifications and determine whether they would be a good fit for the company culture. Once I have identified potential candidates, I also conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers on behalf of the hiring manager. In order to be successful in this role, I need to have strong communication skills and be able to multitask effectively, especially when working on multiple job openings at once. It is also important for me to stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices, HR laws and regulations, and industry trends, in order to provide the best possible service to both the company and the job seekers I work with. Ultimately, my goal is to identify and hire the best possible talent for the job openings I am recruiting for.
