Job Title: Global Customer Manager | Chemical Sector, Americas MNC
Job Location: Open to Northeast & Midwest part of the US

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Customer Manager to manage, control and develop the overall identified Corporate Customers engagement strategies/activities in the area accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and team development. This position will be based anywhere in Northeast and Mid-West of the US.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer enquiries/complaints
- Manages a defined portfolio of customers and secures them for a lasting relationship within the region
- Responsible for establishing customer business profiles and customer requirements
- Work with internal departments such as Product, Finance, First Choice to satisfy customers’ needs and make sure service is provided effectively
- Conduct corporate customer meeting/sales visits (potential & existing) and present company capabilities.
- Identify and develop corporate customer sales leads
- Lead market profiling and corporate customer/competitor research and analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges
- Develop effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth
- Develop and deliver winning rate and solution strategy on RFQ’s/tenders/bids
- Support the development of a high-performance service culture within the countries in the AM Region
- Plan, organize and lead and efficient and effective virtual team of Business Development / Key Account Managers in Country
- Help achieve IKOs/KPIs of virtual team members across the region
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of solid experience in the logistics or forwarding industry with specific focus on Chemical Sector
- 2+ years is dealing with major accounts on a regional/global level
- Relevant experience in international Life sciences supply chain especially within Americas will be an advantage
- Management & Decision Making and Planning & Organization Skills
