Job Description

Web Developer

HG Plus Consulting is an all stop shop for education and career consulting needs. We are on a mission to revolutionize how candidates approach their education and career goals. We are seeking an inhouse web developer to be a part of our team. OPT and H1B work visa sponsorship is available to candidates who meet job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications with integrated AI functionalities.
  • Implement machine learning models into web platforms.
  • Build responsive and interactive UIs using modern web frameworks.
  • Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for AI applications.
  • Integrate third-party AI platforms and tools via APIs when necessary.
  • Ensure optimal performance of AI integrations in web applications, both on the frontend and backend.
  • Fine tune GPT AI models to prevent hacking and reverse engineering.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web development and AI to ensure our solutions are always at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable about fine-tuning GPT AI models.
  • Proficiency in Python with experience in AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript including frameworks like Node.js. Experience with TensorFlow.js is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and web foundations.
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with Web Assembly (Wasm) and projects like Pyodide.
  • Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL languages and database management.
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs, with tools like Postman or cURL.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web projects with integrated AI functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a team-player mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as IBM Watson, Google Cloud AI, or Azure Machine Learning would be helpful.
