Hematologist/Oncologist – Walla Walla, WA
This position offers strong clinical support, access to cutting-edge research, and an exceptional quality of life in beautiful eastern Washington.
Full-time position with a flexible 4-day work week
Board-eligible/board-certified in Hematology and Oncology
Access to 100+ clinical trials through NCORP and Pacific Cancer Research Consortium
Opportunities for investigator-initiated research
COC-accredited cancer center with 16-chair infusion, radiation oncology, and onsite tumor boards (general and breast)
Strong clinical support including:
NPs and OCN-certified RNs
Credentialed pharmacist
RN navigation team
Full-time inpatient Palliative Care NP
Onsite patient advocacy/support programs
Compensation & Incentives
Annual salary: $526,811 – $574,073
(Includes potential incentives such as productivity/quality bonuses, call pay, or shift incentives)
$150,000 in recruitment incentives
Compensation is independent of experience level
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Requirements:
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Active and Clear Washington State Medical License
Board Certification in Hematology & Oncology (ABIM)
Proficiency in diagnosing and treating both cancerous and noncancerous blood disorders.
