The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Demand Generation Specialist will play a critical role in creating opportunities to present Solventum solution portfolio with ambulatory groups, imaging groups, and hospitals of all sizes. We are looking for a creative, goal driven, and thoughtful demand generation specialist who has can develop a proven track record of success in identifying, creating, and nurturing opportunities that are successfully transitioned to a larger sales team for follow-up and closure.
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Follow up, qualify, and nurture inbound requests from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns, web leads and chats, emails, and inbound phone calls
Nurture opportunities by uncovering basic prospect business issues and goals and establish high-level value proposition for how Solventum solutions meet and solve those needs
Consistently meet calling, emailing, video, and opportunity creation goals
Set up discovery calls with account executive, prospect, and initially lead the call with transition to account executive
Document details of call within Salesforce/SalesLoft for transition to account executives
Successfully transition opportunities to other members of the sales team, work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
Support key, strategic conferences/tradeshows to maximize demand generation & pipeline development
Build social profile and thought leadership presence to drive demand generation
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Three (3) years of in lead or demand generation, preferably in the healthcare or healthcare IT market
OR
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Knowledge and demonstratable experience with relationship selling and account management.
Creative marketing content development experience
Ability to travel up to 10% domestic
Strong organizational skills, balancing deadlines, and client communications
Excellent phone, video, and email writing skills
Work location:
Remote – USA
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 – $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
