The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Regional Field Service Director, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leads the strategic to tactical operations across all service centers in your assigned regional states / provinces, driving excellence in customer service and operational compliance.
As a culture first leader, you will drive forward our execution of departmental and company objectives following the Solventum Way, advancing partnerships and cross-functional collaboration to solve what matters most for our customers and teams
Engage with departmental and regional leadership teams for strategic solutions planning and will build the capacity of your sub-ordinate leaders and frontline teams to deliver distinctly differentiated results for our teams and customers.
Delivers a safe and fully compliant service DME network through maintaining knowledge leading adherence to internal policies and procedures and external (local, state / provincial and national) regulatory requirements; Collaborates to shape changes in policies, protocols, and procedures in support of achieving both commercial objectives and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Improves productivity & resource allocation through actively managing KPIs, benchmarks, training, evaluations, support and completion of reporting as required; Creates, communicates and coaches for performance impacts, action plans and business reviews with Solventum’s field service leadership to deliver territory financial results.

Company Vehicle

This position requires operating a company or rental vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum eight (8) years management in multi-state, remote team management in service-related distribution or healthcare distributions operations experience

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND minimum of twelve (12) years management in multi-state, remote team management in Service-related distribution or healthcare distributions operations experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Hold and maintain a valid state driver’s license for the state of residence
Ability to travel by commercial air service for scheduled business needs and or corporate functions
Ability to meet customer required vendor credentialling requirements, which may include a required set of vaccination requirements and testing.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Direct experience leading in a DMEPOS compliant environment, including CA and NV state specific licensing requirements.
6Sigma/ Lean Green or Black Belt; Experience in establishing 5S Visual management systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage change and multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent Solventum in a professional manner to both internally and externally
Strong business acumen; ability to connect and communicate big picture and make connections to tactical actions

Work location:

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to assigned Service centers at 30-50% of weeks)

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic/ international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 – $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
