Summary
The Station Operations Administrator will provide administrative, and operations support to the Vice President of Station Operations, Directors of Stations, Regional Managers, Stations and Allegiant Air Departments and various locations as needed.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment required.
  • Highly organized with multi-tasking ability required.
  • Diligent and observant, complex problem solver with excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to take on special projects as needed.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to make unsupervised decisions.
  • Must have a positive demeanor and confidentiality is a critical requirement.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Requires flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to attend required training online and live.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, automated programs).
  • Demonstrated problem solver and positive people skills.
  • Individual should have held a position where managing multiple tasks were a priority.
  • Prior airline experience is extremely helpful, but not necessary.
Job Duties
  • Coordinate a full range of various internal and external meetings and events, assisting with assembling agendas and catering options.
  • Assist in the development of PowerPoint and other presentation materials.
  • Work with webmaster to insert and maintain accurate stations information on Company Intranet.
  • Coordinate with IT department on office equipment.
  • Coordinate with HR for onboarding and off boarding support.
  • Coordinate with Finance for annual budgeting.
  • Third-party liaison for department regarding invoicing, marketing and other related duties.
  • Provide expense reconciliation for Vice President and others in department as needed.
  • Resolve any invoice and payment related discrepancies by coordinating with Vendor, Accounting and Accounts Manager.
  • Coordination of transporting station items and materials between various locations utilizing internal and external mailing systems.
  • Assist with written correspondence within the department.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • High level of decision making at the discretion of the Vice President Monthly audit of station contact details for all stations.
  • Assist Vice President and Directors regarding all People Services required employee paperwork.
  • Serve as the point person for office administrator-related duties and services, including: shipping/mailing, purchasing, supply orders.
  • Assist with station openings, closings and Service Provider transitions as needed.
  • Support Regional Management team in follow-up of required administrative items.
  • Develops and maintains strong, productive relationships between all stations country wide including Headquarters.
  • Provide general support to visitors and guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Office – While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
