Job Overview:
The Sales Executive for IT Services is primarily responsible for adding new clients and contract revenue to help grow the IT and Audio-Visual Services Business Units. Our core services include managed IT service (help) desk, on-site and remote Laptop/Desktop and Audio-Visual support, network consulting, and device depot and patch management. Your role will be to generate leads and cultivating productive relationships with prospects and clients, resulting in new business.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect for new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Conduct outbound lead generation activities to develop and increase your opportunity pipeline.
- Perform activities as identified in sales KPI’s and metrics.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and summarize lead generation/business development activities and status.
- Prepare, review and present scope of services while determining the best strategy to meet mutual objectives.
- Develop and manage strong client relationships and establish understanding of the client’s business goals, issues, and needs.
Power Skills You’ll Bring:
- IT or AV Sales experience.
- Previous account development experience and successful track record.
- Excellent business sense, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, driven, independent but a strong team player.
- Strong people skills – intuitive, empathetic, influential, persuasive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:
- CDW experience a plus.
- Ability to craft & deliver a compelling, succinct, and insightful presentation.
- Strong work ethic & high energy.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
