BMR Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist in the Fremont, CA for the New school year 2023-24. Based in California,

Qualifications
Must hold current CA state license
Good interpersonal skills and communication
Strong organizational skills/ self-motivated/ ability to be flexible and adapt to changing schedules/ great at time management/ strong communication and customer service skills
License to practice physical therapy by the Physical Therapy Board of California
Finger Print Clearance via Life-Scan
New Grads are encouraged to apply!!!
Responsibilities
8 Hours daily / 40 hours weekly
Attend team meetings and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including: physicians, psychologists, therapists, school staff, and parents to provide holistic services
Write evaluation reports, treatment plans, progress reports, correspondence and other paper work needed to provide high quality services and maintain records in EMR
Participate in parent, community, and professional training efforts
Participate in activities aimed at developing and marketing the program
Supervise graduate students or clinical fellows
