Employment Opportunity Details
- Full time
- Collegial, quality focused, supportive, and excellent referral relationships within the group.
- Experienced NP who supports all surgeons
- engaged clinical staff with low turnover
- Large multispecialty group in a single hospital community
- Outpatient work with desirable population of the community.
- Perform surgeries in main OR and surgery center 1-2 days a week
- Procedures- tonsils and adenoids, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroids, tubes, biopsies, tongue ties
- Established patient base
- Call schedule: 1 in 4 rotations
- Works collaboratively with referring providers, hospitalists, and emergency physician teams
Minimum job requirements (qualifications)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
- Visa sponsorship available; H-1B, J1

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 350-bed hospital and is designated as alevel 3 trauma center. It is both a teaching hospital and a regional tertiary referral center. Over the last decade, the hospital has undergone a $130 million remodel, scheduled for completion in 2022.
