As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Entry-Level Bookkeeper* to join our accounting team. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.
* Maintain general ledger entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
* Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure proper accounting for transactions.
* Help with payroll processing and related reporting tasks.
* Review and verify transactions for accuracy and completeness.
* Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Work closely with senior accountants and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping practices, including familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
* Eligible for sponsorship (if applicable).
*Preferred Skills:*
* Internship or part-time work experience in accounting or bookkeeping (a plus but not required).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
* Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus.
*Salary Range:*
$40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
