The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Inventory Control Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Point person for the aging inventory and non-inventoried items
Process inventory scrap requests as received
Determines disposition and outlet for material/equipment
Track all scrap, transfers, owner updates for items in inventory
Review and responds to a multitude of questions and emails

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of experience working in a warehouse environment in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Proficiency in navigating computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Email) and SAP
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Assertive, organized, and detail oriented
Ability to interact with 3M personnel on all levels
Focus on sustainability

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $64,882 – $79,301, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
