Job Qualifications:
- Medical Education: Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.) is a requirement.
- Board Certification: Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
- State Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
