Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Development Support Specialist will provide administrative and professional support services for all activities of the department. The Development Support Specialist assists the Associate Vice President of Development and the Senior Director of Development Operations, and their respective staffs with communication, resource management, data management and analysis, scheduling, organization, research, and coordination of activities across departments within EKU to ensure a positive development experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Three years of work related experience is required.

Job Duties:
- 50% – Perform Administrative Functions to support the effective operation of the department and associated programs – ()
- 25% – Maintain excellent public relations with internal and external constituents and create professional and accurate reports, presentations, and documents. – ()
- 15% – Coordinate and assist with the facilitation and evaluation of Development Events. – ()
- 10% – Ensure the effective operation of the department by performing other duties as required or requested – ()
