“GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and driven Sr. Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth across our all-in-one platform, mainly focusing on managed accounts, structured notes, buffer investments, private lending funds, and retirement plans. This role will be responsible for three primary focus areas:
Marketing strategy, trends & competitor research (60%) – Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to inform strategic marketing direction.
Digital marketing implementation (20%) – Drive and execute campaigns across paid and organic channels to generate leads and grow brand presence.
Social media & brand marketing (20%) – Manage brand consistency and engagement through social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and more.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote TransGlobal’s wealth management, private lending, and other financial services.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Define clear value propositions and messaging strategies to differentiate TransGlobal’s financial services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including top executives and department heads, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Support the development of sales enablement materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Organize and support industry events, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Support social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu to reach targeted audience and enhance brand presence.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and initiatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, or wealth management.
Bilingual in Chinese and English.
Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and messaging strategy.
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign implementation, including paid and organic search (SEO).
Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.
Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Haygen, Canva, Coze, etc. and how they can enhance marketing effectiveness is preferred.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience in event planning and partnership development is a plus.
