*Position Summary:*
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Petition Letter Drafter / Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will focus on drafting NIW and EB-1A petition letters (particularly research-based cases), conducting in-depth background research, and managing multiple case files simultaneously.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Draft compelling and well-organized NIW and EB-1A petition letters based on clients’ academic, professional, and research backgrounds
* Conduct legal and technical research to strengthen petition arguments
* Manage a high volume of cases with efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborate with attorneys and clients to gather supporting documentation and understand case strategy
* Track deadlines and maintain organized records for all assigned cases

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree required (preferred majors: English, Journalism, Law, Science, or related fields)
* Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
* Prior experience with immigration petitions or legal writing is a plus but not required
* Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, but not mandatory
