Dabri, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to support the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) as a Commissioning Technician in their projects for educational facilities. If you feel that you would be a good fit, we would love to connect with you!

*Responsibilities*
* Manage the commissioning process on various in-house small to medium sized projects
* Perform Commissioning design reviews, submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
* Create pre-functioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
* Conduct Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
* Perform field observations and functional testing
* Document and track test results on issue resolution logs
* Create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
* Assist in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning

*Qualifications*
* Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in commissioning
* Working knowledge of building code, CHPS, and commissioning requirements
* ANSI commissioning certification (CxA, CxT, BCxP, Certified Commissioning Professional)
* Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
* Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture or construction management

*Preferred Qualifications: *
* Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems
* Engineer-In-Training Certification or valid CA Professional Engineering License
* Industry- recognized energy management certification

Pay: $54.00 – $58.00 per hour
