*Location: *Remote

*Project: *State Department (Public Sector). Client in California located in Sacramento, CA.

*Type: *Full Time

*Business Process Improvement Consultant*

Minimum qualifications and experience include:

1) A minimum of five years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.

2) A bachelor’s degree – Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

*Desirable qualifications and experience include:*

1) A minimum of five years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience utilizing Six Sigma methodology to effect Business Process improvement (BPI), business process mapping, and workflow automation using standard principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

2) At least three years of that experience must have been within one or more projects of medium size, scope, and complexity (i.e. projects with budgets of $5 Million to $10 Million, impacting 400 – 600 program office users and durations of 1-3 years). 2) At least three years of experience as a BPI consultant within CRM projects.

3) A current and valid Six Sigma Black Belt of Master Black Belt certification, which will be verified during the RFO process – The certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

1) One or more industry-recognized certifications such as those offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), PMI, or equivalent organizations

2) At least six years of broad and extensive full-time equivalent (FTE) experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, with increasing responsibilities in those roles, applying business analysis principles, methods, techniques, and tools and with expertise in the Agile and Hybrid (Waterfall and Agile) methodologies. At least three years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

3) At least six years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience conducting business analysis and documenting functional and non-functional requirements and meeting all the requirements of the California Department of Technology Project Approval Lifecycle, for three State government IT CRM projects of medium size, scope, and complexity – i.e. projects with budgets of $5 Million to $10 Million, impacting 400 – 600 user program office users and durations of 1-3 years
