Weekly Pay $800 – $1000

Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred

Our Assistant Managers form a duo with their Sales Managers, driving a successful chain through sales, KPIs and people. You will be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring your team, in an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager with managing all operational aspects and maximizing business performance: sales, and profit
  • Daily monitoring of sales standards and prioritizing actions of the team to address issues identified
  • Constructing training plans to continuously enhance efficiency and grow people’s future career
  • Creating weekly rotas accurately to ensure smooth daily operation of the store
  • Working closely with all team members and offering support when needed to form a united high performing team
  • Relaying the voice of customers about products and services to company management to continue to make our business relevant for the customers of today and tomorrow.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area
  • Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook
  • Customer service focused
  • Team player and can‐do attitude
  • Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times
  • Experience working in environments involving high levels of customer care
