Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Academic History Specialist II provides expert support of the efficient operation of the Banner, transfer articulation, academic history and Document Management Software (BDMS) databases, including upgrade testing, error analysis, software management, faculty/staff training, auditing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy of records.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Associate’s Degree
Experience: – One year of experience in an office environment in which continual public interaction and daily maintenance of computer databases was expected.
- Academic experience would be a plus, but not required..

Job Duties:
- 65% – Serve as a functional internal expert on databases used by Office of the Registrar. – ()
- 30% – Provide Customer Service – ()
- 5% – Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned – ()
