工作职责:
与潜在客户通过电话、微信、面询等多种方式沟通,了解和挖掘客户需求
通过介绍公司品牌及服务优势,配合专业留学申请知识及经验,为客户提供准确的留学申请定位
充分了解客户潜在的困惑,耐心解答用户对产品的疑问
与客户签订留学申请合同,收取并检查客户申请资料
跟进客户的留学办理流程,维护客户关系,保障优质服务,提升公司口碑
维护与签约客户、潜在客户的长期良好关系
任职资格:
热爱教育行业,致力于长期在教育行业发展
超强的学习能力以及解决问题的能力,擅于沟通
大学本科及以上学历,具备良好的销售技巧和客户至上的服务意识
具有强烈的事业心和敬业精神,勇于接受工作挑战,敢于承担工作压力和责任
善于学习,能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识
熟练使用Office软件,具备较强的数据与文字处理能力
有留学顾问或销售、咨询行业相关经验者优先

Responsibilities:
Effectively provide key education services to prospective customers online and offline
Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalized assistance throughout the whole education consulting process
Follow up customers’ application process, provide instant and exceptional service, and maintain a good relationship with customers
Keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends
Requirements:
Have a great passion for Education Industry and are willing to develop their career in the education area.
Bachelor’s degree or above
Educational sales or consulting experience preferred
A service-oriented individual with technical sales and negotiating skills
Aptitude for working under pressure and taking responsibilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and strong data analysis and communication skills’
