1. Developed Projects procurement plans and get approval from HQ for the accumulated fund of 6.4 million USD. 2. Procurement Plan monitor and adjust accordingly. develop plan vs actual reporting with future steps. 3. Developed a rigorous compliance monitoring plan to support compliance in the procurement and logistics operation and monitor Budget Vs Actual expenditure. Led the National open tender and Constructional work, to mitigate the risk of compliance breaching. 4.
