Main Projects: Tabriz HDPE Plant (EPCC Project) Persian Gulf Hormoz Olefin Plant (Basic Design) Kian Olefin Plant (Detail Design) Dehloran Olefin Plant (Basic Design)  Executed engineering calculations, encompassing boil-off rate and pump hydraulics, optimizing network designs and reducing utility consumption.  Prepared and reviewed PFDs, P&IDs and design reports.  Performed simulation software to validate process data and equipment sizing.  Evaluated and reviewed technical bids, meticulously scrutinizing vendor documentation to align with procurement policies and streamline the vendor selection process.  Communicated and interfaced with other engineering disciplines, vendors, and clients.  Provided technical support and troubleshooting for Technical Queries (TQs) during construction, installation and commissioning.  Mentored junior engineers, facilitating their professional development and ensuring their understanding of process engineering principles and best practices.  Prepared and updated company procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting efficient workflow within the organization.  Actively involved in HAZOP and design review sessions.

Main Projects: Khomein Polypropylene Plant – [Norwegian second-hand project] (Detail Design) Mehr Petro Kimia PDH Plant (Propane Dehydrogenation) (Detail Design)  Developed and examined PFDs and P&IDs, prepared design and document review reports.  Used Aspen Hysys and HTRI to simulate and analyze heat transfer in the reaction cooling system, optimizing the capacity of existing heat exchangers.  Achieved precise sizing of process equipment for manufacturing operations, meticulously preparing detailed data sheets to guarantee seamless integration and full regulatory compliance.  Identified and addressed process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions.  Provided engineering documents such as cause & effect diagram, interlock description, duty specifications.  Conducted technical bid evaluations, checked vendor documents, and participated in clarification meetings.  Played an active role in HAZOP, SIL, and 3D modeling meetings.
