Business Development Representative (BDR) Role prepares entry level candidates for a rewarding sales career with a promote from within culture. This role is centered around lead generation and producing future talent for our sales organization. We are supported by many business partners that will provide the tools necessary to help you develop the skill set needed to drive impact on lead generation, business acumen, and a prescriptive approach that will support you during and after the BDR role.
The BDR Organization is a key driver for sales revenue at Oracle NetSuite. Evaluated during your tenure, promotion opportunities are competitive, and results driven. Opportunities for career growth occur after 18 months.

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high-level of prospecting activities: 50 calls and 40 emails per day to key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
- Finding and qualifying new opportunities for the sales organization
- Developing a solid understanding of Oracle NetSuite solutions and become a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Building credibility with C- Level Executives to uncover business needs + upcoming projects , + business priority

We Love to See:
- BA/BS degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- 0-1 year of related work experience, post-graduation.
- Desire to work in sales and in the tech industry.
- Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a “get the job done” demeaner.
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable).
