Employment Type: Fulltime, Contract & C2H
This person will collaborate closely with our customer and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will bring subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for this client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in SAP solutions and services, with a deep understanding of SAP systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Ability to present and represent Cognitus Consulting professionally and effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.
