Lead the *design, development, and validation* of seating systems, ensuring *comfort, ergonomics, and FMVSS compliance*. Work with *CAD (NX/Team Center), suppliers, and cross-functional teams* to improve performance and resolve quality issues.

*Qualifications:*
* *BS + 5 yrs* / *MS + 3 yrs* / *PhD* in *Engineering or CS*
* Experience in *seating systems, CAD, and validation*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
