TuTugether is seeking a *full-time Store Manager* to oversee operations at our *Tempe, AZ* location. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about arts and crafts, customer service, and leading a team to create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests.

*Responsibilities*

· Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.

· Provide exceptional guest experiences by fostering a welcoming and creative atmosphere.

· Oversee inventory management, monitor stock levels, and report low-stock items.

· Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.

· Lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Assist with organizing and promoting in-store creative workshops and events.

· Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns.

*Required Qualifications*

· Fluency in *both Mandarin and English*

· Availability to work weekends

· Have full availability to work 40 hours per week

*Preferred Qualifications*

· Previous experience in *retail management, customer service, supply chain, or hospitality*.
