Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is
responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of
goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met, inventory is accurately maintained,
and safety procedures are strictly followed. The Warehouse Manager leads and
coordinates warehouse staff, optimizes workflows, and implements effective processes
to support supply chain operations. Strong organizational, leadership, and
problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfillment
● Review customer orders and arrange picking, packing, and shipping;
● Track order status using systems (e.g., ShipStation) to ensure accurate and
timely shipments;
● Handle shipping exceptions (e.g., wrong items, missing items, delays, etc.).
Receiving & Inbound Logistics
● Receive goods and accessories, verifying quantity and quality against purchase
orders;
● Assist with shelving, labeling, and organizing inventory for efficient inbound
operations.
Inventory Management
● Update inventory data in real-time to ensure system accuracy;
● Assist with regular inventory counts and address discrepancies;
● Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
On-Site Warehouse Support
● Assist with daily warehouse tasks such as moving, organizing, and packing
goods;
● Support large or urgent orders during peak periods.
Job Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or order management;
e-commerce experience preferred;
● Familiar with inbound/outbound processes, inventory control, and logistics
coordination;
● Able to operate and manage order and inventory systems (e.g., ShipStation and
Cin7); prior experience preferred;
● Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills;
● Capable of handling physical tasks; strong execution and proactive attitude;
● Fluent English and Chinese preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
