*Your Role as Senior Project Manager:*

This senior leadership position focuses on the *education division*, managing complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee multiple Project Managers, provide technical and strategic direction, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. This is both a *hands-on and client-facing role* that involves business development and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage *all aspects of education-sector projects* including schedule, cost, quality, safety, and contract compliance
* Oversee and support *Project Managers and field teams* on active projects
* Serve as the key liaison with *owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams*
* Attend and lead client meetings, prepare project status updates, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
* Handle *permit coordination, bid reviews, RFIs, submittals, and contract negotiations*
* Review and analyze project documents, AIA billing, budgets, and schedules
* Identify and mitigate risk while driving projects to completion
* Represent the company in presentations and client pitches

*Qualifications:*
* *7+ years of commercial construction project management* experience, preferably with K-12 or higher education projects
* Proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex schedules and budgets
* Strong knowledge of *construction contracts, plans, specs, and AIA documentation*
* Comfortable with *electronic reporting* and modern construction software
* Proficiency in *MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* required
* Experience with *Procore and Timberline* is a plus
* Excellent *verbal, written, and presentation skills*
* Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or similar preferred (not required)
* *Must be authorized to work in the U.S.* – no current or future visa sponsorship available

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
