The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Customer Education Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Embedded within assigned business groups to proactively identify digital learning experience opportunities.
Acts as a consultant who guides assigned business groups to deploy best-in-class interactive digital learning experiences customer and to support customer education business group priorities
Advises assigned business groups to deploy best-in-class digital learning experiences to support customer education business group priorities.
Analyzes target audience and programmatic needs, identify learning objectives, desired outcomes aligned to business or marketing objectives.
Creates user experience journey maps, learning experience flows or learning personas as needed.
Leads stakeholder alignment on Customer Education content to ensure consistent learning experiences for customers.
Implements prioritized digital education through partnership with Customer Education colleagues in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Learning Analytics and Webinar Specialists.
Identifies program KPIs through partnership with stakeholders, Customer Education colleagues in Instructional Design, Learning Technology and Learning Analytics.
Educate stakeholders on the effectiveness of learning programs through program KPIs in partnership with the Learning Analytics team.
Stays up to date on learning trends, new methods and emerging techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Eight(8) years combined experience in Marketing or Customer Education delivering digital content and programs
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required
Digital marketing Experience: Expertise in direct-to-consumer digital marketing strategies.
Learning & Development strategy experience: Experience identifying opportunities within the business for customer Learning and Development lead experiences and partnering with internal instructional designers and learning technologists to envision an innovative learning experience journey for customers.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
MBA Marketing or similar focus
Solventum Medical Surgical business line knowledge
Product launch experience: Demonstrated history of successfully launching new products using digital marketing or learning tools.
Global operational and marketing expertise: Proven experience in operational and marketing roles within a global organization, necessitating cross-geographical, cross-functional, and cross-business unit interactions, including the management of multilingual learning solution creation.
Stakeholder negotiation: Proficient in managing expectations and identifying clear deliverables.
Activation/Integration marketing: Skilled in marketing that integrates product activation within the consumer journey.
Project management: Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Product-based education: Experience in developing and implementing product-based educational initiatives.
Work location: Remote USA
Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: Not authorized.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 – $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
