BASIC FUNCTIONSYou will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Crib (machine spare parts warehouse) operations at the Charleston plant while adhering to Bosch’s established standards and procedures. You will be required to display a high level of associate involvement, teamwork, and precision to provide continuous improvement ideas and demonstrate strong customer focus.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Collect and issue spare part orders as received (including utilizing PIT equipment)</li><li>Stock incoming material in designated location</li><li>Perform inventory audits as required</li><li>Follow deviation management processes</li><li>Ensure 5S in the crib is maintained</li><li>Work to ensure KPI’s are met</li><li>Follow plant safety and environmental policies</li><li>Escalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issues</li><li>Support additional tasks for the crib as required (including receiving process)</li></ul>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThis position reports to the TEF3 Crib FLM.INTERACTIONThis position interacts with Operators, Operational Technicians, Special Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers and Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some college preferred. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years or older</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with supervision and other personnel</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)</li><li>Must be able to function in a noisy and fast paced environment</li><li>Demonstrates self-initiative</li><li>Has attention to detail</li></ul>SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE<ul><li>Deep understanding of 5S principles</li><li>SAP knowledge in general</li><li>SAP knowledge on transactions related to work orders, reservations, and issuing of spare parts a plus</li><li>PIT (forklift / Drexel) knowledge a plus</li><li>Experience working with direct / indirect material processes a plus</li></ul>
