As a Mechanic Engineer Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, testing, and analysis. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable insight into how engineering principles are applied in a professional setting. *Responsibilities:*

· Participate in the company’s Mechanical Engineering intern program, working in Technology Research and Development department and functions to familiarize with the company’s logistics operations and processes.

· Learn and master key areas of engineering, such as mechanical automation, electrical engineering, logistics robot development supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation.

· Assist the Engineers in Technology Research and Development department and operations team in daily operational activities.

· Participate in logistics project management, including supply chain optimization, cost control, and mechanical efficiency improvement.

· Support senior management in strategic planning, technology development, and performance evaluation.

· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

· Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.

· Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency and business outcomes.

*Qualifications:*

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field highly preferred.

· *Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese*.

· Strong Hands-on skills and basic machine tool skills.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong team spirit and leadership potential.

· A keen interest in the logistics industry and supply chain management.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in data analysis, MS office and report writing is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
