Your Responsibilities


As a Technical Product Manager for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Chicago or Moline, IL, you will:

  • Understand the overall Developer Experience for the Ecommerce organizations, Identify repeatable / shared capabilites build and then prioritize and build out a roadmap for the Ecommerce Platform team focused on improving the Developer Experience and facilitating improved developer efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other organizations within Deere such was CHOPS, One Cloud, GSEC and Developer Experience to drive improvements in the Ecommerce organization with respect to DevSecOps, Site Reliability and Resiliency.

What Skills You Need


  • Six years or more of proven experience in product management, the design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions in Java or NodeJS (ex: Platforms, Applications, API’s) leveraging change management (6+ years )
  • Six years or more experience in understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
  • Four or more years of demonstrated experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Two or more years of Site Reliability Experience with focus on Operational Visibility and Self Healing
  • Experience focusing on Developer Experience and Software Engineering Efficiency.

  • Experience in a Product Management role creating and prioritizing roadmaps.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solution.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members within a product space.



Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. – University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
